Heddiw aethon ni â'r plant am daith cerdded hir.

Dalion ni'r bws i arosfa bws uwchben Rhiwbeina ac yna cerdded i lawr wrth ymyl y nant. Roedd hi'n dda i ddefnyddio'r llwybr wrth y nant i ffwrdd o ffyrdd prysur. Roedd hi'n dawel a gwelon ni gloynod byw a llawer o fwyar duon yn y llwyni. Roedd Zoë yn gwisgo fel tywysoges - mae'n rhyfeddol beth y gallwch chi wneud pan rydych chi'n ifanc.

Roedden ni wedi bwriad stopio yn Rhiwbeina i fwyta ond roeddwn ni'n rhy gynnar. Felly roedden ni parhau i lawr i'r Eglwys Newydd. Dydyn ni ddim fel arfer yn agosáu’r Eglwys Newydd o'r cyfeiriad hwn a ffeindion ni parc nad oedden ni wedi gweld ers amser maith. Mwynheuon y plant chwarae yno cyn i ni barhau i Eglwys Newydd a fwyty yno.

Pan gyrhaeddon ni adre roedd y plant wedi blino, felly chwaraeon ni gemau tan roedd amser iddyn nhw fynd adre gyda'u tad.

Today we took the children for a long walk.

We caught the bus to a bus stop above Rhiwbina and then walked down beside the stream. It was good to use the path by the stream away from busy roads. It was quiet and we saw butterflies and lots of blackberries in the bushes. Zoë was dressed as a princess - it's wonderful what you can do when you're young.

We had intended to stop in Rhiwbina to eat but we were too early. So we continued down to Whitchurch. We don't usually approach Whitchurch from this direction and we found a park we hadn't seen for a long time. The children enjoyed playing there before we continued to Whitchurch and a restaurant there.

When we got home the children were tired, so we played games until it was time for them to go home with their father.
