Up early to head back home as there was nothing to keep me in London.

Got on the train but then suddenly realised I had made a mess of my booking. I had booked a Neath to London Paddington journey at the same time instead of London Paddington to Neath. Luckily the conductor allowed me to travel.

I slept a bit on the train, I couldn't focus on reading when my head is not in the right place.

Started the process of porting my number from work to me. Always a nervous time as to what you might lose. I've started to get my new phone ready though by downloading all the relevant apps and logins.

I've made a decision to take timeout next week and not to work. My head is not right.

Today I am thankful for:

1. A kind conductor allowing me to travel when I'd messed up my ticket
