FlowerFriday

Autumn is fast approaching and I have even noticed a change in some of the leaves of local trees, the first ones are starting to turn.  However, the day has been pleasant, a bit cool in the morning and heating up and more sunshine in the afternoon.

Maeve and I had a lovely lunch and chat, she is waiting for a date for her operation and obviously a bit apprehensive, both about herself and how Brian will cope.  However, she has a good family and friends and we will all help in any way we can.

I am still suffering from pins and needles in my left arm and the doctor seems a bit nonplussed about what is causing it.  He gave me some medication which he had hoped would allow me to sleep better, but it has had no effect, so now he has increased the dosage.  Not sure about this, but will go along with it for a little, but today after taking it for the first time last night I have been very tired today.  And I didn't really sleep any better.

Did our food shopping later in the afternoon, so we won't starve this week!
