Overnight oats

'Overnight oats' is (are?) one of those things that I hear people talking about that simply pass me by. It never occurs to me to actually ask what they're talking about; I'm just not interested. 

And then, at some point recently, I can't even remember when or how, I became conscious of them. (Is conscious the right word? I don't know.) 
Anyway, maybe the Minx started making them or something? Again, I don't know. 

Whatever. I am now a fan.

This was my first attempt at making them myself. It wasn't as good as it looks but it wasn't bad.

After that: ISO 27001 meeting at work; lunch with Steve H at Goat Gap Café (would recommend); meeting with Steve H and the head at The Royal Barn; and an evening messing about in the music room.
