The blackberry pickers

The girls and I went down Xwaaqw'um this morning to pick some blackberries for them to take home. We got two yogurt containers but could have picked more if we'd had more time. Home for a quick brunch then off they went to catch the ferry. Extra: we might have sampled as many as we picked.  :-)

So wonderful to have them visit even for such a short time. G and I love having them around. 
Sooo hot again and it's going to get hotter.  :-(
