After the party

The food is eaten, the drink is drunk, the guests are gone. Little energy left for photography.

A great day. It rained all Friday night, all day yesterday, all last night - and it was still raining this morning. But the rain moved on and, by lunchtime, the sun had come out. The lawn was a little wet and soft, but it was possible to reach the gazebo without getting too muddy. So when the family came, everyone was happy to eat outside - and, indeed, it became quite hot during the afternoon. A lovely afternoon which I think everyone enjoyed - it was great to see everyone.
