Scabbed

Well everyone had to get up just before 6 am so we would be organised to get on the road for what I thought was my follow up appointment.  But when i got there it was just to see a nurse and have my dressing changed. So 5 hour driving all round and a wasted trip. I could have done it myself at home. And the car journey killed me. 

Anyway we all went for a early lunch and then popped for a quick visit to see my mum. My little sister and niece came round too which was lovely.  

My mum has 2 cats and the wildlings are so wary of all animals.  Harp use to refuse to go into my mums house.  Now she will only go if the cats are shut away. This cat is called mischief and loves a quiet house. My wildlings are no quiet. Especially after being in a car for two and a half hours. We did let them burn of some steam at a ark beforehand.  But still this cat doesn't really like people and tried to even swipe my mum. 

I keep getting comments that I'm much taller now. Probably because I'm not hunched over. That and my mum is shrinking.  But I'm taller than Mr R.  Ha. 

So we have not long arrived home and I am lying on the sofa. 3 of the wildlings are away to teaco with Mr R.  

It will be a early night for everyone tonight.  I actually spent a whole night in my bed. Yes it was uncomfortable but I refused to come downstairs every time I woke. I need to get in the habit of sleeping in my bed again.  I'm sure it will get comfier eventually.  We do need a new bed and will get one when the fitted wardrobes are all taken down. It will give us more space so we can get a super king bed. And we wont need wardrobes as we will have a door put in through to the dressing room when it's finished.  

I did catch up on some blips today but not much .
