Hoverfly (Not The Biplanes)

A rest day today, which means Ocado and football for me, laundry for mrsfb. Blue and pink jobs again.

We have another blipmeet tomorrow, a guided photography walk at Coughton Court. I've managed to talk mrsfb into bringing a camera (she didn't want me to say in case I built it up too much) so I thought I ought to check out her old Canon 100D, charge the battery, set the date, check it still worked etc.

So it has provided me with an emergency blip, a quick garden shot of a hoverfly on an aster. According to Google anyway.

Re the football Pompey managed a draw at West Brom, against my expectations. Off to watch the Arsenal now. Grandson Rory is actually there. I've told him to wave.

In other news I missed two biplanes flying low over the house this morning. I got my Sony ready in case they came back. They just did, but I missed them again.
