Decision Maker

Hubby had a Knight’s function this morning. I was able to enjoy breakfast and lunch outside before he returned. Momma joined me after her breakfast. Our neighborhood is very peaceful. While Momma ate, I got everything ready to make a cottage pie for dinner. Kristen set up a visit to one of the homes on the top of her list. My sister and BIL came with us because we all value their opinions on home soundness. No home is perfect; Kristen would prefer more kitchen cabinets. We found a great fix for that issue. But overall, it is just what they need. One of the biggest selling points after knowing there were no structural issues is the lovely well manicured neighborhood. And the “cherry on top” is that they have access to a pier on the St. Mary’s River. This will be their view when they go down to the river’s edge. That is Tippity Wichity Island in the middle of the river. Hoo boy! Kristen already has kayaks they can take around the river and over to that island. My sister says there are great fishing and crabbing spots in this part of the river. I think they plan to put down a deposit tomorrow. Why do I worry so much? Things always have a way of working out. Prayer doesn’t hurt the cause. Dinner is cooking. Momma is napping and Hubby is working on the personnel door. Our weekend is quickly waning. Hoping yours was fun. Stay safe. Thanks for visiting.
