Really enjoying my latest read. Lots of ghosts and paranormal action. Lush, velvety prose and well-defined characters, both the living and the dead. Think Sense and Sensibility meets The Addams Family. Ms. Cooney has already written a sequel, Saint Death's Herald. Now half way through Saint Death's Daughter, I have a feeling I'll be seeking out the sequel.

Ghosts

Legend has it that when Japan performed Ghosts on Top Of The Pops in 1982, Gary Numan also performed Music For Chameleons and that members of the audience had to be dragged away from Numan to watch Japan. I love both Numan and Japan but, I have to say, I would be one of those bopping away to Numan, and probably joining in with the, "Wooooooh-oooooooooh, Oooooh-oooooh's."

Japan, particularly Mick Karn, and Numan have a very bumpy history, but that's another story.
