Turtles All The Way Down

Forbidden Door

In another bid to beat the wrestling crowds today, Rich and I popped to Shoreditch for a quick breakfast before heading over the the O2. We killed a bunch of time in a pub where I ate a humungous piece of fish with chips, as well as visiting the merch store where I nabbed a new Hangman Adam Page (main pic) t-shirt, then it was time for Forbidden Door. Rich got us absolutely insanely good seats; right near the wrestler's entrance about 12 rows from the front! It was BRILLIANT. Every match was great, I got totally overwhelmed by being in the presence of Toni Storm, two dudes jumped off a steel cage into 3 tables, it was wonderful chaos. My only gripe with the day is that I really hate public transport after a big event; the mad dash to try to beat the crowd, the crammed platforms and trains/Tubes, the heat, the stress..! Still, this was a much easier journey than after the wrestling at Wembley last year.
