Dead

I have been awake since half 1 this morning and couldn't even have a nana nap today.  We had all the trades men turn up for a while. And the architect. ( there was another 4 men not in this pic ) It was lovely to see him. He's always cheery. And he couldn't believe how fast I'm back on my feet. 

I went for another walk with Andrea . A slow walk . I literally can clear my throat and the pain is awful.  Thankfully though I can see a difference in my back and the back pain isn't as bad. But my ass and hamstring.  
I did see a physio at the hospital for exercises and I have to try and find a bupa registered one here in Dumfries.  But I have called a few private ones and so far no bupa. 

We seen quite a few fluttering butterflies when out. But unfortunately this one was dead. The photo isn't that great as I obviously wasn't going to bend but the patterns are beautiful.  

The jedi is learning to draw. He is delayed in this part of his development and will need extra help learning his pencil control.  But in his words hes drawing a " interrupted horse " .
