Glorious day

Had a lovely walk with Charlotte and Phil and the dogs this morning. Phil's mum joined us for a 3 course meal, something I rarely manage, at a pub by the sea. We did have a super walk along the seafront in glorious sunshine after, to help use up some of the calories It was great seeing so many people enjoying the day. 18000 steps today so much easier here on the flat than at home!
