Lunch
…the diet continues. I have read just about every diet book available so am making my own rules with the knowledge I have. This soup is made from all the old vegetables from the fridge chopped roughly and put into the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. I don’t peel the carrots or pumpkin and just blend it all up when it is cooked. Tastes yummy. I find the 5:2 a bit restrictive on the diet days. I find the Fast 800 annoying to count so guess with the choice of foods and and not eating as much I would be on the Fast 1000 which means I lose weight slower but and able to keep on it long term. I don’t like not having fruit (Mosley) so that would add the extra calories.
This afternoon I did the school pickup run and also picked Nina up and drove her to collect her car which was being serviced. That took an hour and I went past 8 school zones. Really slows you down.
I have just prepared Barramundi and salad ready for cooking when we get back from taking the boys home. Bob can have added chips and I will have one chip so I don’t feel left out.
