Warkworth beach bank holiday Monday, hardly a soul about, me and A had a 5 mile stroll along the sand, barefoot, cold water tingling sand and the deep smell of the ozone in the air.

This photo tells a slight untruth, although there were people on the beach they were huddled around where the car park meets the beach, this was about a mile away, fifteen to twenty minutes walk, imagine, why would you want to sit next to someone when you could have this to yourselves.

I took only a few more and they're in my flickr set and some posted on my FB account.

Me and A are night shift tonight so it's a lazy afternoon for us, hopefully a snooze too.
