Genius….
….I’ve solved the transport problem. All we need to do is build six lane motorways, suspended above all of the arterial rivers in the country and we’ll solve the east/west traffic congestion. North/South needs a bit of work, maybe huge drones or the like, but it’s a great start to my letter to Scottish Borders Council.
With a narrow window of dry cycling forecast for today, I was up and away sharp with a 50km route in mind (that’s 31miles in old money). In the end, I extended the ride by 23km as my first and second choice cafes were shut.
Home and I had enough time to pick roughly half the apples from the tree before the heavens opened. I'll pick the remainder tomorrow.
