Outdated and upcoming

Difficult to find a space if you have a notice to post on the community events board! Quite a few of the postings are outdated like the one in the thumbnail with a few upcoming events mixed in. Maybe a part time job for someone, removing outdated postings from boards like this and from other places like power poles, community mailboxes and garbage bins around the island. It seems that people who post them often don't remove them.
