Dahlia

I planted this dahlia in a pot in the spring and put some annuals around it. The dahlia struggled for most of the summer, but is doing better now and has started to bloom.

A short day today. I had called another customer earlier in the week, but he never returned my call. We had 2 yards of mulch to spread at one job, then finished hauling the debris from yesterday. It gave me some time to relax this afternoon, then I did some housecleaning.

There was another trip planning meeting for the Quebec City bus trip this evening. There are 15 of us going. At the last meeting Stephen suggested we use WhatsApp to communicate with each other. I downloaded it this week, and Stephen added me to the group tonight. One of the things suggested for our free day on Wednesday is a river cruise. I had googled it to see what the cost would be and if they were still running in late October. So I was able to find that again and put the link in the group. Ten of us were at the meeting tonight and everyone wants to go on the cruise.

This time next week I will be getting things ready for the trip to Moncton.
