Notes: Had Feldspar waiting outside the door when I finally got up just after 7a - had woken numerous times and seemingly lots of vivid dreams. Got up and moving & did the general routine and then headed over and played w/ the older low-level group from 8a - 915a or so. Nice and cool and all clouds first thing, low humidity and feels like fall! Decided to make an Aldi run then since I've been wanting to make a skirt steak (and get tired of the ground meat). Picked up a medium-sized one, another cucumber for smoothies and a kombucha. Got a pic of one of the entrances - the community actually has some stables and pastures ... a couple horses were roaming around. Back and coffee ~1045a. Online a bit and then feeling tired again so laid down on the couch but noises kept me from getting some real rest. I got up and cleaned the floors a bit and then decided to finally try the pool and hopefully swim some laps. I got ready and found a beach towel - walked down but the pool doesn't open until 4p now on weekdays (very stupid and annoying). Got back and called Amex to dispute a charge where they won't process the refund for a product I've returned. That went pretty smoothly. Warmed up some burgers and veggies then ~230p. Chatted w/ a neighbor who's really into pickleball but doesn't sound like she plays here at all and is quite busy thru the rest of my time here. Hard to believe I have less than a week already - too fast. Quiet evening, got the cats in a bit early and just in time as the neighborhood black cat bully cat snooping around and up to the sliding glass door - cats went a little crazy so I was glad they were all in and safe!
