Notes: Feldspar was waiting outside my door again - he's so sweet. Up a little after 7a, did stuff around the house and made a quick batch of toffee fat bombs as well as my movement/stretching and then headed over to pickleball @ 830a. Quickly had 4 and started playing, was a big day playing nearly 3.5 hrs all the way thru - was so tired! Back and did a bit before showering and then had coffee and a beef sausage w/ mustard in a lettuce "bun" - so good! Did some newsletter work then for Sept as I had a bunch of messages from Michelle D. Worked until 145p. Dad seems to be doing well and resting quite a bit, more weakness than anticipated but taking it easy. Quiet night, watched some shows.
