Turnaround
It was grey and cool when I got up (having slept much better last night) and rain was forecast but I decided at the last minute not to take a jacket when out for my run - and very glad I was, too. It didn't rain and the sun came out making it rather warm and humid.
I ran along the Green Circular to the bridge with these mosaics on either side and back with a few variations. Going was quick for me but I started struggling on the way back as it (and me) heated up and I had a couple of short walking sections to cool down. 8 miles in total.
Back home I moved a bit more hardcore before showering.
Rain came mid-afternoon but I managed to get some fruit and veg harvested before it did.
I've started the next stage of my knitting, a Fairisle style yoke but each round takes quite a while so progress will be slow until I've reduced the stitches quite a bit.
