A Splash Of Colour

We hit the pavement .... well, the paths ... quite early to avoid the predicted rain.

There was a stop halfway round to have a catch-up with Bags and on leaving there I took a couple shots of the raindrops (from the early morning rain) on the roof of the SIL's car.

Further round the walk there was another example of PPP (in the extras).
There were 4 football matches going on which meant lots of cars and as you can see, some of them are just abandoned across driveways. Personally, I would have been on the phone to get the local rozzers to actually come and do some work. If the didn't, I would be out letting tyres down and borrowing the fencing panels from the house being rebuilt (after being burnt down last year due to careless placement of a BBQ) and fencing the cars in.

There were a couple of wee boxes made from scraps of 'exotic' woods....Yet to be photographed.

Now settling down to watch the Grand Prix.
