Lynford Arboretum

There was a heavy downpour as Marion and I headed to Norfolk and at times we could barely see the traffic in front.  We stopped at a cafe at the edge of Thetford forest with a beautifully designed cover seating area.  There were blankets, Chesterfield sofas, heavy rolling doors and an iron gate with clouds, a dragonfly and a birds next among other design elements.  We had tea with Iris and a wander around Fakenham next, enjoying a yarn shop with a super friendly store owner and mud pai tings of sheep.  Fi ally on to Sculthorpe where Marion made us a tomato tart for dinner
