Bigfoot

Love this shot of Mel looking like Bigfoot emerging from the forest….

Off on a walk with an 85-86 year old camera. The Kodak Brownie Six-20 Senior was only produced from 1939 to 1940, overlapping the last year with the Kodak Brownie Six-20 Portrait which was…. basically identical.

Bit odd. Anyway, designed to use 620 film, that’s basically the same size as 120, you just need to do some snipping of the spool to make it fit. 8 shots giving you enormous 6x9cm negatives; 1/25th of a second shutter (according to the manual for its sister); f/11 aperture; viewfinders on two sides to shoot portrait or landscape (though the glass has suffered with age, so they’re not that sharp - the lens has aged much better).

Kentmere 200 film developed in Ilfosol 3.
