That rain had cleared off by the morning but it was still overcast when we crossed the bridge over to New Brunswick. And then it was off along the north coast of the Bay of Fundy. First stop the Alberta County Museum. This was actually because the SK had added it to google maps to stop us being sent down the quickest route. Felt like we owed it something and had to stop awhile and take it in. So we did. Serendipity.
Onward to Alma to have coffee and buns and then along that sea route stopping to take in the views. Eventually St Martins sea caves and then Saint John. The 9th floor overlooking the harbour. Whoah.
It being a Sunday we just went for somewhere nearby which was coincidentally called the Saint John Alehouse. Lucky, that. As we’ve had no vegetables whatsoever since leaving home (apart from the potato things) we ordered a side of roasted Brussel sprouts. That should be recorded.
And I’ve been very sparing posting extras as I’ve hardly any left. If you're gagging for more, there’s one here. Arf arf.
