A right pear..

but no partridge. We popped over to Crail to look at the pottery.. they have some very pretty designs there and this pear tree is in the entrance with trickling water features and pots in the open sheds there. It was the first time I had seen three potters all working in the studio for ages. They are probably trying to restock after the rush of the summer. 
MrS still coughing and snorting and today I feel a little thick in the head so perhaps I am going to fight it off.. do hope so. 
Less windy and quite a lot of sunshine so must make the most of it as tomorrow doesn't look so nice.. but you never know! This coast has a surprising microclimate and a nice habit of dodging quite a few showers!
We were due to go up to Dunkeld to take my 99 year old mother in law out for lunch but sadly due to MrS's cold and her lift dropping out we have cancelled.. sadly that cost us the happy sum of £40 .. even though I cancelled 24 hours before.. honestly I think that is daylight robbery.. a £10 deposit before they will take your booking and a zero return of deposit no matter how long before you cancel... seems a tad rude to me and I will think twice before booking to go there again!
