White lupin

For the record, here is the white lupin that I grew from seed, and which bloomed while we were away on holiday. The challenge now is to keep the plant alive so that it returns and blooms again next year.

Mr hazelh and I have decided today that everyday life is far too tiring. I haven't really done much today - rode my exercise bike, popped out for a medical appointment, visited Karen for a cup of tea, tended the yarden (until it started raining), and cooked (gigantes for tonight's supper and a beef stew for Friday) - but I have felt ready for bed since about 5pm! I predict an early night...

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; small amount of walking (~9.5k steps); small amount of gardening.
