Boppa the black poodle

Boppa the black poodle was charity shop shopping alongside me in Stockbridge this morning. (At least I think that the owner said that she is called Boppa. It could be Bopa.)

I was so tired today that I retreated to my bed for 90 minutes this afternoon. I really don't want to make a habit of this, but I was barely functioning after my morning exploits sweeping the yarden then visiting the post office, the charity shops, and the gym.

My main achievement of the day has been to purchase all my Newcastle train tickets up until the end of November.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; strength training class; swim (30 lengths); walking (~13.5k steps).
