Thank you for all your wishes yesterday.  I got to the eye appointment with my friend for support.  I saw a lovely Opthalmologist (I think they're called??) who put the horrid stingy eye drops in - and did they sting for a few minutes, then had to wait in the waiting room.  Then go and see a healthcare assistant for photographs, then wait again and go back to him for further tests. 

Thankfully no further damage, and today they have discharged me - unless another situation occurs, when I have to go back to eye casualty.  Here's hoping I don't get another occurence!!


Since getting home I've been relaxing on the sofa, dozing on and off.  I ate a nice picky lunch of wonderful M&S snacks, and am ready to have a microwave dinner tonight now.

Please excuse lack of commenting.  Although I can see again, I have a horrid headache, and my eyes are still very sore.  I think I might need to get some 'dry eye' drops from the chemist...

I might put Sewing Bee on but just listen to it later, see how my eyes are.

Another day to work from home tomorrow!
