Weekly Ritual

After our busy weekend, I rested until after 9:00 am. Had breakfast, did a load of laundry and cleaned the kitchen before getting Momma up. She had breakfast and got dressed before heading to her recliner. My physical therapy appointment was at 2:30. Hubby worked in his study until time to come down with Momma. I made her a lunch plate and headed to PT. The therapist puts my leg/heel through rigorous stretching exercises. At the end of my session, she used a TENS machine with the ice pack for 15 minutes. I have a TENS machine at home; they showed me where to attach the pads for maximum relief. I am willing to try about anything to heal my heel. Hubby is going to drop off our donations for our nuns and pick up groceries. I am finished for the evening. Kristen’s house was listed on line as “coming soon”. Her realtor priced it much higher than originally planned after he toured it and saw the improvements They have made. The realtor has received countless inquiries and one person is ready to pay their asking price with cash. Wow! Hoping you receive encouraging news this week. Stay safe.
