Still no bovver at all

After a monstrously busy day and way too many hours I did a bit of a pedicure to hopefully neaten up my poorly toe. I think about two-thirds of the nail may have survived. Then it was time to do a test fit of my foot in my replacement-new motorbike boots that hadn't yet been outside, let alone seen any action.

Things were promising so I rolled out on Madame Fidra to buy some more veg to make tea. I only meant to go to the supermarket a couple of miles away but, er, somehow it turned into a trip a few miles longer than that. The idle is still wonky and I think she is using a bit too much fuel...but my toe survived!

Back home I made a big quantity of mixed veg that will do a lunch and two more dinners. After a quick catch up with lovely bestie with whom I've hardly had occasion.to video chat the past week or so, it was time to pack for tomorrow's study trip with work. An early night and too much driving beckons.
