Até Logo, Brasil! Until next time!

Last day here after a really lovely six-week stay in Rio. It's not called a cidade maravillosa for nothing! 

We both had coffee at our respective favourite cafes this morning - Cafeina and Apollo. Packed everything up, emptied the fridge etc, then one last walk along the front of Copacabana (mixed weather), lunch at La Maison, then walked around the barrio saying our goodbyes and thank yous. We’re now in the airport.

It’s been a really great stay (but not without family worries to deal with), and we both think that coming at this time of year suits us both weather-wise and work schedule-wise. It’ll be strange arriving back in Barcelona when it’s still summer. It’s usually chilly January!
