A Ray of Sunshine

After a frost we had a sunny day... but the icy wind made it feel really cold. 

I bought these daffodils back from Akaroa. They are beautiful but the stems are very weak so they fall over when in flower. 

I had my hair cut this morning and this afternoon I had a GP's appointment. My shoulder is still very sore after the fall I had the other week. My GP said it was best to get a ultrasound and possibly have a injection.
