Daffodil Time

After a cold start to the day it warmed up in the afternoon. 

It looks like it has rained with the waterdrops on the daffodils. John had watered the garden as it was getting dry. 

I had my first exercise class for people with back problems early this morning. There were three of us in the class. We do a circuit of three minutes with each exercise.

I had an hour to wait before the ultrasound, so had a coffee. I was told that I have three things happening in my shoulder. I have a Tear and the Bursa is leaking and I have Calcium bits floating around. She said I need to have some  more X-rays. She looked at the ones I had at the hospital. They didn't take ones that show up the damage. I had another five X-rays. My GP will get the results within a couple of days.
