Another 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle completed and into the pile to go to the jigsaw puzzle swap meet Saturday week...
I've been really struggling emotionally of late, even to the point of thinking about not going to parkrun... I had a longer appointment with my GP today to discuss things... He says I'm going through the grieving process with the abruptness that ended an almost 20 year friendship and not of my doing...
He says I need to give myself time and be kind to myself... He may increase my antidepressants next week...
