Thursday 4th September, 2025...

Out with Moreton Bay Road Runners for a 5am start.. .I felt great when I started put, I turned when I reached the start of the Peir, then on my way back I tweaked my right knee so I limped back to the meeting point and sat to wait for the coffee van to arrive... I walked 2.25km... The rest of my day was all about resting my knee...
