Chania

We took a bus ride to Chania this morning. Not surprisingly it’s fairly busy but we enjoyed ourselves wandering around the harbour area. There is a mix of Venetian architecture and Turkish.

We also happened to come across a photo exhibition on Mikis Theodorakis. An interesting collection of great photographs from his life. My husband went to one of his concerts in the 1970’s in Heraklion. It brought back good memories for him.
