It’s A Loud World

I had a haircut scheduled for this afternoon, but after a couple of other stops, we were still about 20 minutes early. We parked and waited in the truck, and immediately heard a loud voice. We finally located it coming from the woman in red here, outside of a coffee shop. She was talking to her friend, seated two feet away, but we could hear her from 150 feet away. She was on a rant about something, and kept it up for 15 minutes until I headed in for my haircut. We never deciphered her complaint, but she was fired up about something.

After my haircut, we drove around the block to head home. There was the ranting lady walking on the sidewalk, still ranting LOUDLY to her friend walking next to her. My hope is that she is mentally ok. If not, I hope that she gets the help she needs. And if she is ok, maybe dial it down about 8 notches.
