After karate this afternoon C stayed on for a meal and a game.  We decided to try out the 'variable objectives' option of Rising Tide.  Normally the game is stopping the Netherlands from flooding while you build defence structures.

With the 'variable objectives' option the aims change, but you still need to keep enough water out. Our aim this time was to protect the population (orange cubes) from the flooding.  We almost made it before a major breach just broke everything.
