Once only

This evening I actually won a prize for being first female in a race! It was the club handicap race and I had several minutes start but was only caught by one person no more than 200m from the end - the only chance I've ever had of winning (it would have been even better if no-one had caught me but I couldn't have gone any faster). It was a nice evening for running, the rain had stopped, the sun was out, there wasn't a breeze and the temperature was fine.
The earlierpart of the day was a normal Thursday, shopping, Health Walk and cafe, and it was mostly sunny.
