Bin spider

A day of chores - mostly sorting out in one of the spare bedrooms and tidying.  

Had an Amazon delivery which meant tearing up a couple of large cardboard boxes to put in the recycling bin.  When I went outside to the bin I spotted a large spider on a web.  Quickly took a shot.  Unfortunately I had to break the web to open the bin but I guess the spider would get straight to work building another.  Did some processing of my shot for Abstract Thursday... there is no theme this week.  Thanks as always to Ingeborg for hosting

At 5.30pm Michelle picked me up to go to slimming group. She got weighed and went straight home as she had a lot to do.  I stayed for " Image Therapy".  After gaining 4½ pounds last week  I have been back " on plan " and lost 6½ pounds today.  Its actually the most Ive ever lost in a week.  I'm now back in my Target Range.  Total weight loss as of today 3 stone 9 pounds. I got a lift home from Alyson.
