The wee one arrived shortly after lunch and proceeded to eat me out of house and home. Gran I’m hungry…you’ve got a roll and a doughnut in your bag go finish them…he finished the doughnut. Gran I’m still hungry…well eat your roll…I don’t want it (to be fair it didn’t look very appetising)…do you want crisps…yes green ones, I like green ones. Gran I’m still hungry, goes to get some yoghurt raisins and a bowl. Gran I’m still hungry…well eat your roll up, you can have cheese in it if you want…I don’t want the roll…well you’ve a choice of your roll or Grans bread with cheese…I’ll have your bread. Make him a cheese sandwich and take it to him, he points to the plate and asks if he could have some real cheese too and put it just next to the sandwich here…who am I to argue with him! We had some garden play…not quite sure what we were playing but he built me an iron house, gave me armour plus a sword and molten lava and zombies were involved…I think!

He still ate his tea and he’s just had supper, hopefully he fall asleep quickly so he’s not grumpy when Pops comes round tomorrow.
