Tomato & Lactofree cheese sarnie for lunch :) With just a pinch of celery salt :)

Came home to the appointment letter for my MRI. Not for a month but more progress at least :) Bit concerned about the "you'll be asked to wear earplugs" bit as some days they're so painful I can't even bear to have ears let alone put anything near them! But, clever Ms Mouse has advised me to call them and talk over my concerns before I go :)

In other news, hasn't the weather been smashing again?! :)
