Paramount concern when playing tennis with a soft ball.

I went out for what was meant to be a 35 mile ride, I have been doing 30 miles for a couple of weeks and wanted to up it. However, I took a wrong turn and ended up with a 41 mile ride instead :-/

I feel completely broken. Damn Peak District hills.
