Zip, Zero, Zilch, Zippo!

Z is for Zippo...

Word Origin & History
Zippo
proprietary name of a brand of cigarette lighter, patented 1934 by Zippo Manufacturing Co., Bradford, Pa.

noun
a quantity of no importance; "it looked like nothing I had ever seen before"; "reduced to nil all the work we had done"; "we racked up a pathetic goose egg"; "it was all for naught"; "I didn't hear zilch about it"

You can't flick my Bic (another brand of lighter)... because it's a Zippo!

Great day with my son and daughter. Lots of help with my "Z" for the alphabet challenge... some of the rejected shots were Zucchini, Ziti, Zagnut candy bar, and a package of Zinnia flower seeds.

My son is a professional blackjack and poker dealer at a casino type poker parlor and my daughter gave him the Zippo lighter. I think this is a more meaningful blip than the rejects.

Very humid weather has set in again, so we bounced from a/c to a/c's all day. We enjoyed lunch together before my son had to leave for home today. We are making great headway sorting and packing and got rid of a boatload of "stuff"

This concludes my Alphabet Challenge. Enjoyed it much!
