Another Corner of Another Field

We've had another lovely holiday day. We met Mrs C and Mr L at Waddesdon and had the usual fun picnicking, adventure playgrounding, ice-cream eating, conker hunting and tree climbing.
There was an unfortunate incident involving Miss L falling out of a tree. There was much blood, the fattest lip I've ever seen and a very shaken little girl.
And quite a shaken Mummy. Despite Miss L's insatiable appetite for death-defying climbing she has remained remarkably injury free. Her blood is not something I often have to contend with.
She was fine after lots of cuddles and disappeared.
Back up the bloody tree!!!
And here was me thinking a painful and scary fall might have knocked some sense into her.....
From there it was to Miss E's gymnastics. It's in the middle of nowhere in beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, surrounded by rolling farmland. It all looks so glorious at the moment in the sunshine - golden fields, hay bales, massive skies. Fabulous!
