Hidden Fountain

Well it’s not really hidden, I just hadn’t seen it before! For all I say that blip opens your eyes it was Jen that spotted this the other day and thought it would make a good blip for my ‘nature in the city’ theme this week! I'm glad she did, it turned out nicely!

A repeat of 2 weeks ago but HUGE improves by both of us on both the weight used and the ability to perform the pull ups. I love seeing the progress in such a short space of time!
