Japanese tea

The last of the summer lectures today, a lady described Polish conquests of the Himalayas and other 8000 meter peaks in the region. An enormous number of climbers have died in their attempts, not only from accidents or the weather, but sometimes simply due to altitude. It would take 22 minutes to boil an egg on the top of Everest, so I'd recommend omelettes.

E and M were there with Victor. He was very well behaved, sitting through the talk without complaining.

It was already getting dark as I drove back. We had a delivery of firewood today. I heard that snow has already fallen in Siberia.

Photos weren't much good, so here is D grinding the expensive Japanese tea she bought in Warsaw.
