Day 197: Long, Hard Day

Been a busy, productive day classroom-sorting today. All the display boards have been backed and bordered and the displays themselves are starting to go up. When we got home I decided to make sausages, mash and veg (S.M.V.) with my signature onion gravy (thank you, Jamie Oliver). Soooo good!!
