A wet, windy walk

A decent walk today of just under 9 miles. This is good training for our Yorkhill sponsored walk in a few weeks. The day was grey and windy and soon turned to drizzle that pestered us intermittently throughout the walk. Still enjoyed it though and it blew away the cobwebs left over from being out last night.

There was a lot of fungi growing out of tree trunks on this walk but I particularly liked this example.

Then a lovely roast dinner cooked by my other half. What a quick weekend!
